The exhibition is a vital part of ICMAT 2025. Every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct marketing opportunities with key players and decision-makers in the field.

Driveway Traffic Bollard Decals  

  • Located on the Ground Level of Suntec Singapore (Street Level). The dimensions for each Bollard are W39cm x H43cm. This will feature your branding and ICMAT 2025 branding.

Concourse Upper Façade Banners (each) 

  • These banners are located along the concourse of the Convention Centre, where F&B stations will be set up. The dimensions of each banner is W800cm x H966cm.

Industry Supported Symposia (each)

SGD 15,000 

Industry Supported Symposia are commercially supported educational and promotional activities held in conjunction with ICMAT 2025. The programmes are approved by the ICMAT committee as an independent activity held in conjunction with the Conference. The topics of the programmes are subjected to approval by the ICMAT committee. There will be several symposia per time slot. Date/Time or Topic of choice to be discussed with Conference Secretariat. 

As the sponsor of a Symposia, you will: 

  • 45 minutes of programme for Lunch / Evening Symposia. 
  • A meeting space for your assigned Symposia. (varying room sizes available) 
  • Basic audio-visual package to include: projector, screen, micro-phones, etc. 
  • Additional AV equipment can be ordered from the official AV supplier via the Conference Secretariat. 
  • Catering is not included in the fee. Catering (bento box) is available to be selected in addition to the Symposia fee. Contact the management team for additional information. 
  • Session information listed in the programme and on the website with company recognition. 
  • Two (2) complimentary one-day badges. 
  • The Conference will send out an e-Blast to all registered delegates approximately one month prior to the Conference highlighting all industry sessions and will contain your invitation as a link. 
  • Sponsor is responsible for all other session marketing. 
  • Have your logo on screen and receive verbal acknowledgment by the moderator at the beginning and end of the session. 

 

Poster Session (Exclusive) 

SGD 8,000  

Abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall. Presenters will be present during the networking breaks and poster viewing times to answer questions and discuss their research or project with delegates. 

As the exclusive sponsor of the Poster Session, you will: 

  • Have the opportunity to position one or two custom free-standing banners in the Poster area 
  • Your logo displayed on all poster physical signages 
  • Be acknowledged with your logo on all media as the sponsor of the Poster Session

Promotional Item at Registration Desk (each) 

SGD 2,000 

Sponsors can provide an item for delegates to pick up at the registration counter. The item and its location will be listed on the website to ensure delegates know where to collect it.

As the sponsor of a Booth Pick-up Item, you will: 

  • Have the exclusive right to distribute the selected item at the registration counter. Choose from a variety of items, including but not restricted to: 
    • Pens
    • Notepads
    • Portable chargers
    • Keychain
    • Hand sanitizer
    • Another item of your choice – to be approved by the Conference Secretariat
  • Be listed on the website as the exclusive provider of the selected item 

Production and shipping costs are the responsibility of the Sponsor. 

Lunch (each)

Each day, the Conference will offer lunch, served at Foyer Area for all attendees free of charge. 

As the sponsor of one of the Lunches, you will: 

  • Have the opportunity to position one or two custom free-standing banners in the Poster area 
  • Have tabletop cards with your logo on all food and beverage stations during your selected Lunch 

Lanyards (Exclusive)  

SGD 12,000 

All delegates will receive a name badge and lanyard to be worn for identification during the Conference. As the exclusive sponsor of the Lanyards, you will have your logo on all lanyards (provided by Conference Secretariat) along with the Conference logo. 

Recharge Lounge 

SGD 11,000 

A recharge lounge allows delegates to recharge their electronic devices for free. These stations will be in high demand and will be placed in the Exhibit Hall at highly visible positions.  

As the Supporter of a Recharge Lounge, you will: 

  • Have signage on the Charging Station featuring your organisation’s name and logo 
  • Have the opportunity to place promotional material in designated areas within the Recharge Lounge 

Mobile App (Exclusive) 

SGD 15,000 

The onsite mobile application will be provided to delegates free of charge and will be available for most iOS and Android mobile devices. The mobile app will include the full programme, the exhibit floorplan including exhibitor biographies, and general Conference, venue and local information. Timely updates about any programme changes or important announcements will be sent through the app via notification alerts. 

As the exclusive sponsor of the Mobile App, you will: 

  • Have your logo and 50-word write-up displayed in a Sponsored App Section 
  • Have the opportunity to have one (1) pinned Promoted Message + one (1) push notification per day 
  • Have a banner ad displayed at the bottom of the home app page 

Delegate Bags (Exclusive)

All delegates will receive a bag as a souvenir of the Conference. As the exclusive sponsor of the delegate bags, your logo will be prominently displayed on all delegate bags (provided by Conference Secretariat) along with the Conference logo. 

Water Stations

As the Exclusive Supporter of the Water Stations, you will: 

  • Have your company logo on all water stations 
  • Option to provide reusable water bottles with your logo on it (supplied by Supporter) 

Networking Reception (Exclusive per Day)

The Networking Reception will take place in the evening of Conference days. 

As the exclusive sponsor, you will: 

  • Have the opportunity to position one or two custom free-standing banners during the Networking Reception on the chosen day 
  • Have tabletop cards with your company logo displayed on all food and beverage stations in the Exhibit Hall during the Networking Reception on the chosen day. 
  • Be acknowledged with your logo on all media as the Exclusive Supporter of the Networking Reception on the chosen day. 

Coffee, Tea or Beer Session (each)

As the exclusive sponsor, you will: 

  • During the day, coffee and tea will be available, while in the evening, attendees can enjoy a beer.
  • Logo acknowledgement as Sponsor of Session on Conference collaterals.

  • Select ‘a-la-carte’ items from the options above (exhibit items as well as advertising, programme support, or marketing items), or
  • Make a general contribution to the Conference, or 
  • Choose a combination of these two options: If the total of your ‘a-la-carte‘ items does not meet the minimum amount for the sponsorship level of your choice, simply add a general contribution amount.
