Official Housing Bureau
International Conference Services (Pte). Ltd. is the official housing bureau for ICMAT 2025 and will offer assistance with the coordination of accommodation requirements for the Conference
Special rates and added complimentary amenities will only be available to delegates who book through the official housing bureau. Although we have done our due diligence and negotiated the lowest possible group rates, we cannot predict future offers made by our contracted hotels.
However, we urge all sponsors and delegates to support the Conference and book through the official housing bureau. For accommodation enquiries, please contact icmat2025-housing@icsevents.com.
We advise you to make your reservation early to have the best choice of hotels.
Housing Piracy Warning
WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Conference. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms, thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked but payment has been taken. The Conference website (https://icmat2025.mrs.org.sg) is the only way to register for the Conference and book hotel accommodation.
Booking Deadline
Hotel booking deadline is on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 23:59 SGT (Singapore Standard Time). Please note rooms may be sold out prior to this date.
It is recommended that you book accommodation early to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for Reservation Terms and Conditions.
